MEET CARLY PUCH

I’m a yoga teacher with a Master’s in Social Responsibility and a Bestie-level approach to big conversations. After years of navigating the mainstream wellness space, I realized that true healing can't happen in a vacuum; it requires us to unwind from the systems that suppress us. I’m here to help you move, think, and imagine a future that is just, restful, and free for all.
